Symptoms

After applying MLR4 for WebCenter Content 11.1.1.7.0, and when connecting to that Content Server via Desktop Integration Suite, Windows Explorer Integration, the check-in form pops up for every file when using the Drag-and-Drop action even if the user did specify the check-in form to launch.  Regardless of the rules set for Dragging-and-Dropping content in a WebCenterContent Server folder, the check-in form appears in Desktop Integration Suite.
