OID Users Cannot Be Added To Enterprise Capture Roles In Enterprise Manager (Doc ID 1621962.1)

Symptoms

When editing the Application Roles "CaptureUser", "CaptureWorkspaceViewer" and "CaptureWorkspaceManager" within the Enterprise Manager page, the OID users and groups are not available for selecting after performing a search under the "capture" application stripe.  These users and groups do show up in the weblogic /console page.
