This is custom WebCenter Portal Framework application.
The application needs to use properties which are stored in a properties file : <myfile>.properties stored in the "<domain>/<application folder>" directory.
These properties are updated frequently.
To ensure the current properties are referenced when the application is run, we wish to use this type of code in the application to upload the properties file:
