Annotations are Disabled in the Imaging Advanced Viewer When Viewing the Document from a WebCenter Content Workflow Link (Doc ID 1623224.1)

Symptoms

When using WebCenter Content (WCC) workflows with WebCenter Content: Imaging documents, and a document is checked in to Imaging, it goes through a WCC workflow.  While in the workflow, WCC has not released the document. In this state, the document cannot be searched for in either WCC or Imaging using a standard search.  The only way to see it is through the WCC workflow tools. In the WCC Workflow tool, the WCC Content Information page can be be displayed for the document, which contains the URL link to the document.

When using this link, the Imaging Advanced Viewer is able to open the document, but annotation options are disabled.
