When Accessing the Imaging TaskList, Errors "TCM-91229: Unable to get list of tasks" and "No Data to Display" Occur

When accessing the TaskList, users receive a "No Data to Display" message. The following error can be found in the Imaging Diagnostic log:
Internal error in Verification Service.
Internal error in Verification Service for user xxxxxxx. lookupUser.
Check the underlying exception and correct the error. If the error persists, contact Oracle Support Services.
