ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After creating filtered role, entries with filter do not show membership in that role during ldapsearch

It is expected that entries matching the filter configured in the filtered role should be returned.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a filtered role entry
2. Add filter from filtered role entry in entries not under the subtree where the filtered role entry exists
3. Attempt to retrieve nsrole of the filtered role from those entries that exist under the subtree where the filtered role entry does not exist
