Symptoms
When trying to export OWB 11.2.0.4 Metadata from OWB Design Center using the following steps:
OWB Design Center -> Menu -> File -> Export -> Warehouse Builder Metadata
no OWB Export window appears.
Also, no error is found in the owbclient.log.
