MIMEXXXX.tmp Generated In Weblogic /temp Mount Point Does Not Clean Up Upon Web Service Completion (Doc ID 1623967.1)

Symptoms

When using web service (with MTOM enabled) to transfer file(s) which is greater than 1MB in size, weblogic /temp mount point would generate a MIMEXXXX.tmp file and this file does not clean up after the web service is completed successfully.

This behavior eventually make the web service call failed due to "out of space" in the weblogic /temp mount point (those MIMEXXXX.tmp files does not clean up after the web service call nor archieve from time to time).

This behaviour is observed using JAXWS on WLS version 10.3.4 onwards.
