Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.5.0 version, Deployment
SOA composite apps deployment using Ant causes a stuck thread and is very slow.
- Issue occurs when the number of composites in the deployment increases
- Using Ant build scripts to deploy SOA composites bundle
- As more and more composites are deployed the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy a large number of composite apps using ant scripts.
2.The log shows stuck threads.
