"HTTP-404 Page Not Found" Error When Running Reports URL Using Webtier, Webgate And OAM Authentication (Doc ID 1624312.1)

Symptoms

You set up Webtier/Webgate/OAM with Oracle Forms and Reports by following instructions in:

After configuration, the Oracle Forms is working fine with Webtier/Webgate/OAM. However, when running any Reports URLs, you encounter error:

HTTP-404 Page Not Found
