Symptoms

When using OPatch to apply MLR 3  Patch 17951545 on Linux, the following error may occur. 

Copy Action: Destination File "/opt/mw/Oracle_ECM1//capture/bin/win32/ClearImage.dll" is not writeable.
'oracle.as.ecmsuite, 11.1.1.8.0': Cannot copy file from 'ClearImage.dll' to '/opt/mw/Oracle_ECM1//capture/bin/win32/ClearImage.dll'
