Exception When Saving Asset In Contributor UI in Sites 11.1.1.8 : Failed To Compile JSP (Doc ID 1624516.1)

Goal

After upgrading Content Server 7.5 to 7.6.2 and then to webcenter sites 11.1.1.8. The log shows the following error:
[2014-01-29 08:24:20,313 UTC] [ERROR] [.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [fatwire.logging.cs.request] Exception including resource /jsp/cs_deployed/Services/Asset/Service_C/FunctionPrivsManager.jsp
javax.servlet.ServletException: weblogic.servlet.jsp.CompilationException: Failed to compile JSP /jsp/cs_deployed/Services/Asset/Service_C/FunctionPrivsManager.jsp
FunctionPrivsManager.jsp:4:20: The import com.fatwire.cs.ui.view cannot be resolved
