Symptoms
When using Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.4 64-bit and trying to upgrade WebLogic 12.1.1 to 12.1.2, it fails when trying to run reconfig.sh with a JVM initialization failure.
The JVM reports the following:
