File Adapter does not Retrieve Files when Polling (Doc ID 1625852.1)

There is a process polling files using the File Adapter. After transaction failure all retries are failing.

Activating TRACE:32 debug level on oracle.soa.adapter logger:

ERROR

Then it seems that the file is being ignored because it had been enqueued.
