Exalogic : Can't see Storage and OS information of newly created vServers in EMOC (Doc ID 1626281.1)

In Exalogic, from EMOC when vServer are created successfully, some of the vServers missing following content:

from EMOC console, some of them are displaying with "OS: Not Available" in vServer "Dashboard" tab, and no storage under "storage" tab.

1. Under "vDC management"->"Acount"->"acountXXX"->"vServerXXX"->"Dashboard"->OS Tab: It shows "Not Available"

2. Under "vDC management"->"Acount"->"acountXXX"->"vServerXXX"->"Storage" Tab : It shows no storage ( even System.img is missing )
