Goal

How to set search filters or custom plugin to prevent some users from export synching from Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g to Active Directory (AD)?

The current OID/DIP filter function may not scale to certain cases for export synchronization. OID works via change log, and as such can only filter based on what is in the change log (reference <Document 280474.1>).
