When creating a BPM project in JDeveloper, which has one human task and one business object, a process data object is created based on the business object and assigned to the human task. A UI/ADF project was created using the auto generate form feature.

The project was deployed and successfully launched to BPM Workspace.
After a few revisions, some view objects were deleted, the project was cleaned, rebuilt , and deployed without errors.

Now the form doesn't load anymore.
