The following error is reported in the Import Server log when attempting to process an email:
01/10/14 16:28:35 1102 Start processing Email Provider: HYD Cust Service OM. Import Server v10.1351.7
01/10/14 16:28:35 5125 Connecting to the POP3 server [server name]; Account [ODCImport].
01/10/14 16:28:35 5105 Successfully connected to POP3 server[server name].
01/10/14 16:28:40 5101 Found -32 message(s) on the POP3 server[server name].
01/10/14 16:28:40 5208 There was a problem disconnecting from the POP3 server [server name]. ErrNum: 32 ErrDesc: 0
01/10/14 16:28:40 5109 Disconnected from POP3 server [server name].
The error is intermittent.
