Goal

Whilst using Universal Connection Pool (UCP) from a Java application connecting to a RAC database, the following warning is displayed when a node failover occurs:

UCP WARNING oracle.ucp.jdbc.oracle.ONSDatabaseFailoverEvent. NO timezone in HA event

What does this message mean, and how can we set a timezone in order to avoid it?
