Within both Test and Production environments, when using the Advanced Viewer, the below error occurs occasionally. Users can click ok and move on. The same image is able to viewed after refreshing the screen. This started after enabling Viewer Cache.

Document xx.IPM_XXXXXX failed image conversion and cannot be stored in the cache at this time.
