When Viewing Documents in the WebCenter Content: Imaging Viewer, Popup Error "Error getting document" Displays and Error "failed image conversion and cannot be stored in the cache at this time" Occurs in the Logs (Doc ID 1627718.1)

Within both Test and Production environments, when using the Advanced Viewer, the below error occurs occasionally. Users can click ok and move on. The same image is able to viewed after refreshing the screen. This started after enabling Viewer Cache.

PopUp Error:
Error getting document.
There was an error getting the document.
Please verify the document ID.

Diagnostic Log Error:
Document xx.IPM_XXXXXX failed image conversion and cannot be stored in the cache at this time.
