Does the "All Users Filter" Setting For the Authentication Provider in WLS have any Impact when Authenticating Users for WCC? (Doc ID 1627803.1)

Symptoms

The AD provider has been set to list only those users which are a part of particular group. This is done via the "All Users Filter" setting on the Provider specic page. Now, the user base DN mentioned in the provider settings has many users, but there are only 5 such users which matches the filtering criteria. WLS admin console is correctly showing only these 5. But, the users that do not match the criteria(and are not being fetched by WLS) are also able to login to WCC.
