Logged into OIM 11g R2 (22.214.171.124), identity console and clicked on Pending Approvals link on the left hand pane.
Error: An Internal error has occurred. Please contact the administrator or Oracle support for help.
Without being able to access the Approval Pending link we are unable to approve new user requests.
