Goal

In the earlier 11g version, was recommended use Oracle Database or Ldap as Security Store, but currently in 12C versions this is mandatory

This particular to reassociate OPSS Security Store to Oracle Database process should be requested to Oracle DBA but OPSS schema needs to be created running RCU (Repository Creation Utility) tool, and use a proper DB user to perform the DB settings
