WebLogic Tuxedo Connector Local Tux Domain block-time In config.xml Does Not Effect WTC CORBA Application (Doc ID 1627927.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 22, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle WebLogic Server - Version 9.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Block Time specified for WTC Local Tux Domain in config.xml

When using WTC CORBA application without transactions if a server takes time exceeding the block-time, in config.xml for a local domain,
it should get a timeout as CORBA.NO_RESPONSE. If it reaches the BLOCKTIME configured in dmconfig, on the Tuxedo server side, it does get it.

Tuxedo ATMI applications get a TPETIME if the time reaches either parameters block-time in config.xml or BLOCKTIME in dmconfig. The WTC CORBA application should follow Tuxedo ATMI application behaviors.
