OAM Sessions are timing out at 60 minutes even with the Session Lifetime setting at 480 minutes

Currently we are experiencing a hard timeout on any OAM sessions at 60 minutes, even with the Session Lifetime setting at 480 minutes. We have reviewed the installation from front to back, and cannot find anywhere there is a setting of 60 minutes. Our current timeout on load balancer sessions is 120 minutes, and Idle Timeout from OAM is 120 minutes. Note users are being prompted to authenticate at the 60 minute mark regardless of whether the session has been idle, or was actively being used. Please advise.
