FMWC Displays All Managed Servers And Clusters As DOWN When They Are UP. AdminServer Displays As UP. (Doc ID 1628754.1)

Symptoms

In an Oracle Identity Management 11.1.2.2.0 domain, based on DMS 11.1.1.7.0/WLS 10.3.6 the WebLogicServer status is reported as DOWN by DMS for managed servers and clusters, and is reported as UP for the AdminServer.  Oracle Fusion Middleware Control (FMWC) reads the information provided by DMS, so it shows the status for the managed servers and clusters as DOWN as well.

The WebLogic Server Admin Console shows the AdminServer, managed server and cluster status correctly.
