Symptoms

You have configured the Oracle Siebel Adapter for Oracle Enterprise Content Management (WebCenter Content) and have disabled one or more buttons on the Siebel Adapter iFrame Display page by setting the SiebelDisplayMode parameter as documented in the Oracle® Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide for Oracle Siebel Adapter for Oracle Enterprise Content Management 11g Release 1 (11.1.1) - Chapter 2 "Configuring the Adapter" available here:

When accessing the Siebel Adapter iFrame Display page, you notice that the buttons that were disabled are still shown (briefly or -in some cases- permanently).
