Symptoms

In a new Forms 11g installation when starting the Forms application the end-user gets a FRM-93500 error and the WLS_FORMS formsapp-diagnostic.log contains a Java error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/as/management/opmn/optic/OpmnQuery
