Cannot Access OIM Login Pages (Doc ID 1629416.1)

Goal

OIM login pages are not available. There has been a power loss on the physical servers.

The following errors can be seen in the logs :

<Feb 21, 2014 10:48:29 AM IST> <Error> <Server> <BEA-002606> <Unable to create a server socket for listening on channel "Default[1]". The address 127.0.0.1 might be incorrect or another process is using port 14000: java.net.BindException: Address already in use.>
<Feb 21, 2014 10:48:29 AM IST> <Error> <Server> <BEA-002606> <Unable to create a server socket for listening on channel "Default[2]". The address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 might be incorrect or another process is using port 14000: java.net.BindException: Address already in use.>
<Feb 21, 2014 10:48:29 AM IST> <Error> <Server> <BEA-002606> <Unable to create a server socket for listening on channel "Default". The address 192.3.2.135 might be incorrect or another process is using port 14000: java.net.BindException: Address already in use.>



java.net.ConnectException: t3://testdomain04:8001: Destination unreachable; Connection refused; No available router to destination
