OIM users provisioned to a target resource by an access policy with a OIM role (and membership rule) become revoked from the target resource when the OIM role has been revoked.

Howerver, when OIM users, the role membership for the OIM role and their account data have been loaded with bulk load utility a revoke of the OIM role will not revoke the user accounts from the target resource.
