While deploying RESTFUL web service to a WLS 12.1.2.0.0 with JDK 1.7, the next exception is thrown during deployment.
The behavior is random some times the application deploys properly and some times the application deployment fails.

The Application itself is full of other components like EJBs , Servlets, JMS Modules..

When the issue occurs redeployment does not work, so when trying to redeploy it seems to continuously fail.
A way to overcome this problem is stopping the Weblogic Server, clearing the cache, start the Weblogic Server and try to deployment again.
