OIM/SOA Managed server not able to start using Weblogic Console or Node Manager.
After changing the password of the Weblogic Admin User as part of Security process, OIM/SOA Managed servers are not coming up. Getting the error "Server is starting in the Independent mode as the Admin Server is not reachable".
