Symptoms

In a WebCenter Spaces environment, integrated with Oracle Internet Directory, a user logs on and attempts to set their timezone by editing their profile. When they try to save the changes to their profile they see the following error type:

In the corresponding Webcenter Spaces diagnostic log the following message appears:
