User "not found in policy store" Error Occurs After Removing the DefaultAuthenticator in WebCenter Content: Imaging (Doc ID 1630873.1)

Symptoms

An error occurs for a user after the DefaultAuthenticator was removed from the Security Realm. The error states that the user is not found in the policy store.  However, this same user can login to Weblogic Console and Enterprise Manager without an issue.
