Engine Cannot Be Started From Process Administrator, It Has To Be Started From WebLogic Console (Doc ID 1630946.1)

 When we stop an engine from Oracle BPM 10 process administrator it cannot be started again. It has to be started from WebLogic console through Deployments.

This issue happened when the latest patch set for WLS 10.3.6 was applied.
