Goal

When we stop an engine from Oracle BPM 10 process administrator it cannot be started again. It has to be started from WebLogic console through Deployments.

This issue happened when the latest patch set for WLS 10.3.6 was applied.

Oracle BPM Enterprise for WebLogic, Version: 10.3.3 Build: #101324 - WebLogic Server Version: 10.3.6.0, Oracle WebLogic Server Patch Set Update 10.3.6.0.6
Install the WLS patch PATCH_ID - BYJ1, <Patch:17071663>
