XL_SP_ReconBlkUserMatch Error After Enabling Exception Reports In OIM

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Reconciliation does not work after enabling exception reports. Followed the steps below:
1) XL.EnableExceptionReports set to TRUE
2) Restart OIM servers
3) Set the Object initial Reconciliation Date
4) Execute Reconciliation
