WSM Managed Servers Starting in ADMIN Mode after Upgrade to OSB 11.1.1.7 (Doc ID 1631589.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading Oracle Service Bus from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7, the managed servers in the WSM-PM_Cluster are starting in ADMIN mode due to the following error:


Attempting to update the jSTL library deployment indicates that the Specification Version is 1.2, but the Implementation Version is 1.2.0.1.

The AdminServer and the OSB_Cluster managed servers start without issues. The WSM-PM_Cluster starts in RUNNING mode if the DMS application is untargeted from the WSM-PM_Cluster.
