Goal

For customers using the AP Solution Accelerator with WebCenter Content: Imaging, invoices are imported into E-Business Suite Payables using the Open Interface Tables (OIT). Over time, these tables may grow large and require maintenance to keep the tables to a manageable size. Completed and paid invoices can be purged from these tables. This should be done periodically to help make inserts and queries perform well from the BPEL processes into these tables.

A Payables job request can be run in EBS to clean up the AP_INVOICES_INTERFACE and AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE tables.
