Task Approval issue via email after submitting the requested information (Doc ID 1632740.1)

Symptoms

It is not possible to acquire a task that is already acquired by the same user.

After submiting the requested information and recieving the email notification, the Approve action is not working.

An error similar to the following may be logged in the server diagnostic logs:

The expected behavior would be to acquire the task by the same user.
