OAM 11.1.2.1: does CN based user search resulting in " Exception multiple users found with same name" (Doc ID 1633084.1)

Symptoms

In an OAM/OIM integrated environment, when OAM retrieves authenticated users's attributes for password policy, it does a user look up based on CN instead of DN.

This could be a problem if users with same CN exists under different trees in the user store and OAM throws exception as below.
