How to Enforce SSHA Encryption in the ldap client side from Directory Server 11g (Doc ID 1633650.1)

Ldapclient clients initializing with LDAP Server ODSEE
An account sybase is part of password policy which has a password storage scheme of SSHA "passwordStorageScheme: SSHA"
When its password is changed via the ldap server it changes successfully using SSHA encryption,
but when the password is changed on the ldap client server side it changes it to CRYPT , how can we enforce the clients to change password using ssha?
