Symptoms

Deploying an application into WLS 12.1.2 WLS , the following exception is occuring :


As result the application is in Failed state.

When switching to Sun JAXB provider by starting WLS with
-Djavax.xml.bind.context.factory=com.sun.xml.bind.v2.ContextFactory
the application can be deployed sucessfully and the WebService can be invoked sucessfully.
