OAG Policy Studio Won't Open Workspace Due To Configuration Problem

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A deployment of a configuration contains errors.
When opening Policy Studio again after the configuration has been inadvertently saved, it is not possible to connect to the appropriate workspace again.
Steps that occurred:
1) Deployed OAG configuration (containing configuration errors).
2) Shut down OAG Policy Studio.
3) Open OAG Policy Studio again.
4) The tool is now unable to load the OAG configuration.
