You have an Exalogic system deployed as a virtual environment where you are running Exalogic Elastic Cloud Software (EECS) version 126.96.36.199.0. Periodically, the EM OpsCenter (EMOC) user interface displays Fault Notifications indicating that ports on one of the ZFS Storage Appliance storage heads are down. When you experience this issue, you will see port down warnings such as those shown in the following example if you select one of the Storage Appliance entries under the Assets accordion panel:
You reset the warnings but the above Notifications re-appear, even though you do not believe there has been a fault or impact to the ZFS Storage Appliance.
