Dynamic List Not Working with Idocscript in Query (Doc ID 1635575.1)

Symptoms

When trying to edit the Dynamic List Element in contribution mode, there is a date parsing error. The problem is that Dynamic Lists are not displaying at all when the following idoc script code is part of the query:
