TRIGGER COMBINATION WHICH INCLUDES DISABLED RULES TRIGGERS UNEXPECTEDLY

Symptoms

Whenever a rule with value "TRUE" (rather than value "ANY") in a trigger combination is disabled, the trigger combination can not work correctly.
Which means:  the trigger combination is still trying to check the value of disabled rule, so it can not work correctly (unless the disabled rule is having value "ANY").

On OAAM MLR5 (patch 17364362) which is 11gR2BP02

Modify an existing rule to add a new condition and remove old one.

When rule gets executed, Session details page show ERROR for the rule
triggered.
