OUD - Unable to Use 'sudo' to Stop OUD (Doc ID 1635761.1)

1. Problem description

Cannot use sudo to stop OUD


2. Cause:

The sudo command needs to be run not as root, but instead run as the non-root user (<USER-2>).

 In this case the example user which owns the process is <USER-2>
