On : version or above, Administration

APEX reporting displays encoding for special characters

Using APEX Listener(Oracle REST Data Services) as reporting engine and using the Oracle provided Generic Report Layout with PDF output format, if report query returns data with special characters, the data is displayed as encoded.

Example:  'a<b' would be displayed as 'a%26lt;b'
