When using SOAP, Error "either userid is null or password is null" Occurs when Pointing an EBS Instance to Imaging (Doc ID 1636320.1)

Symptoms

An Imaging user is not able to login to an EBS instance. 

The AXF logs indicate : 

03-12-2014 02:33:32 Get_Soap_password ---> Enter
03-12-2014 02:33:32 get_soap_username ----> enter
03-12-2014 02:33:32 GET_username_token --> either userid is null or password is null
