Screen Reader Issues With Expand And Remove Button In WebCenter Framework Project (Doc ID 1636360.1)

Symptoms

This problem occurs when using the JAWS accessibility screen reader for a WebCenter Portal application.

The "Expand" or "Collapse" link text is provided for many links in the application. This text is identical for many different types of links and is non-specific. Screen reader users will not understand the purpose of these links as the same generic text is read out for all the links.

The screen reader reads out generic text for all the 'expandable/contractable'  widgets on a page and the user can not clearly identify which specific widgets these links are associated with.
